FEEN ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") takes your privacy seriously and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

The Company develops and publishes a mobile application that allows users to purchase and open digital token packs and receive randomized digital assets (the "App").

Each pack guarantees that users will receive digital assets selected from a predefined pool. There is no scenario where a user receives nothing.

This policy covers all information collected through the App, including:

  • (i) the purchasing of digital token packs ("Pack Purchases");
  • (ii) the receipt and storage of digital assets received from packs;
  • (iii) the transfer of digital assets to and from user wallets ("Wallet Activity");
  • (iv) the referral of other users to the App ("Referral Program").

This policy describes:

  • The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you register with, access, or use the App.
  • Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies to information we collect in the App and in electronic communications sent through or in connection with the App. This policy DOES NOT apply to information that you provide to or is collected by any third party.

2. Age Limits

The App is not intended for users under the age of 18. All features of the App require users to be at least 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information.

3. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect information from and about users of the App:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us.
  • Automatically when you use the App.
  • Automatically when you use core app features.
  • Through third-party authentication providers when you sign in.

A. Information You Provide to Us

When you download, register with, or use the App, we may ask you to provide:

  • Personal identifiers such as name, email address, and Apple ID authentication data.
  • App-related activity such as pack purchase history, asset holdings, and in-app activity.

When interacting with wallet features, you may be required to provide information through third-party payment or identity providers.

B. Automatic Information Collection and Tracking

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

  • Usage Details: Activity within the App including pack openings, asset allocations, and app interactions.
  • Device Information: IP address, device identifiers, operating system, and mobile network.
  • Wallet Information: Wallet addresses and associated activity related to asset transfers.

If you do not want us to collect this information, do not use the App.

C. Third-Party Information Collection

Third parties that support the App may collect information as part of their services:

  • Privy — Authentication and embedded wallet provider
  • Coinbase — Payment processing provider
  • Jupiter — Infrastructure provider for asset routing and fulfillment
  • Supabase — Database and infrastructure provider

Information shared with these providers is limited to what is necessary for them to perform their services.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect to:

  • Provide you with the App and its features, including pack openings, asset delivery, and wallet functionality.
  • Process and record your activity within the App.
  • Maintain your in-app asset history.
  • Provide account notifications and updates.
  • Enforce our Terms of Use.
  • Prevent fraud and ensure platform integrity.
  • Improve the App experience and performance.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose:

  • Aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify individuals.
  • Personal information to service providers who support our operations.

We may also disclose information:

  • To fulfill the purpose for which it was provided.
  • With your consent.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

  • To support asset transfers and core app functionality.

The Company does not sell personal information.

User authentication is handled through third-party providers. Assets are managed through embedded wallet providers and are not held in Company-operated custodial accounts.
